No refunds 

* I do not offer refunds of any kind. 

Cancellations

* Your appointments are very important to LIV. Salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with LIV. Salon.

No call / no show 

* If you do not contact me to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the schedule date and time of your appointment, you’ll be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Lateness * Here at LIV Salon, I have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call and let me know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may have to forfeit your appointment and you’ll be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service, should this happen more than once it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at LIV Salon.

Credit card required

* Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If a 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, LIV. Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the scheduled service.

Confirmation text

* As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text. Please understand that is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/canceled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee.

no additional guest, children, or animals

* For the safety and comfort of my guests and sanitation of my salon, LIV. Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guest without an appointment at the salon.

transparency regarding hair history

* It is my priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to their hair because of information with held by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of LIV Salon.

Refusing service 

* I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
